| The ecological cultivation all vineyards are cultivated according to EU rule for full protection of the environment EU rule 1257 ex 2078, without sulfites during harvest and vinification. |
The natural alcoholic strength all our wines have natural alcoholic strength due to the ancient wines planted. We never need concentrated moist. |
| The bottling under a inert atmosphere after cold temperature stabilization of the wines, always coming from our own vineyard. |
The vinification under constant temperature (16°) for white wines and with micro-oxygenation of the must for red wines, all coming from vineyards of the estate, enhances to its maximum the natural perfumes of the vineyards |
| Sulfites our wines have maximum 100 ppm sufites, less than half than permitted by law. |
The traceability from the bounch to the bottle (see the traceability cards for each wine and oil) is ideal for consumer's security and constant quality of each wine. |
